The shape

ARRIVE — static touch, several deep breaths, silence. Let her land before you begin.

WORK — the service itself. Re-drape as you move; warmth is part of the experience.

CLOSE — deep breaths with gentle compressive movements. Re-drape fully. The chime.

FOLLOW UP — the Recommendation Form. Water. Say something specific.

What it is

Focused express massage. One area only — head and neck, back and shoulders, or legs and feet.

Medium to firm pressure.

⚠ The menu lists a 30-minute slot and its own feature line says 20 minutes hands-on. Both numbers are in the same document.

Family: RESTORATIVE.

Against a full-body service: she chooses one region and it gets the whole time. Often a first visit, or a visit that has to fit somewhere.

Therapist reminders

The Healer is often a guest's first experience with PALOMA. Make it count — 30 minutes can create a lifelong guest.

Targeted work is not lesser work. Every minute of this session should be intentional and felt.

This service is the natural on-ramp to The Power (full-body deep tissue) and The Reformer (myofascial + stretch). Make those recommendations with specificity.

The guest chose their area — honor that choice and stay focused. This is not the time to wander.
