The shape

ARRIVE — static touch, several deep breaths, silence. Let her land before you begin.

WORK — the service itself. Re-drape as you move; warmth is part of the experience.

CLOSE — deep breaths with gentle compressive movements. Re-drape fully. The chime.

FOLLOW UP — the Recommendation Form. Water. Say something specific.

What it is

Combines the CBD service and the salt stone service — warmed salt stones with CBD oil and balm.

Family: RELAXING.

The only service built from two others. Positioned for a body that wants heat and relief without going fully deep tissue.

What it feels like

Heat and softness together. Among the least demanding things on the restorative side.

Protocol

Step 1 Opening Ritual • 1 min

Inform the guest at consultation to verbalize any discomfort or excessive heat from the stones.

Invite several deep breaths as you apply static touch to the shoulders.

Step 2 Swedish + Salt Stone + CBD Techniques • 3–8 min per area

Apply CBD signature oil as the primary massage medium. Work in long, fluid movements — effleurage and gliding form the foundation.

Use the heat-stone-hands-stone sequence: warm tissue with stone, work with hands, return with stone. This drives CBD deeper into the tissue.

Stones must never rest directly on bare skin. Use the sheet or a hand towel as a barrier.

Step 3 CBD Balm Application • as needed

Apply CBD warming balm to areas of extreme tightness, inflammation, or chronic pain. Use ½–1 tsp per focused area.

Step 4 Closing Ritual • 1 min

Guide several deep breaths with gentle compressive movements. Re-drape fully.

Conclude with the energy-balancing chime.

Step 5 Guest Follow-Up • 1–3 min

Complete Recommendation Form and offer water.

Retail Suggestions: Vertly Bath Salts, Body Brush.

Service Suggestions: Meditation, Sauna, Zen Pack enhancement.

Therapist reminders

Always reference PALOMA's CBD informational sheet for any guest questions beyond the basics.

CBD is the therapeutic differentiator of this service — explain it confidently, clearly, and without medical claims.

The warming balm is powerful. Use it intentionally on areas of real concern — not everywhere.

This service is not for pregnant guests. Redirect to The Mother.

Stone temperature check on your own wrist before every guest application, every time.

Products, and what comes with it

Himalayan Salt Stones

See The Himalayan training sheet for full mineral profile and stone safety protocol. Contains 84+ trace minerals including magnesium, iodine, potassium, and calcium. Naturally hydrating, antibacterial, and skin-restorative.

CBD Signature Massage Oil

PALOMA's signature CBD-infused massage oil — a full-body carrier blended with cannabidiol (CBD) to deliver continuous anti-inflammatory and analgesic benefits throughout the session. CBD works transdermally, reaching the muscles and connective tissue beneath the skin to reduce inflammation and ease pain without psychoactive effect.

CBD Warming Balm (Topical)

Applied as a targeted treatment to specific areas of tightness, inflammation, or chronic pain. The warming effect increases local circulation and drives deeper absorption of CBD into the tissue. Use ½–1 tsp per area of concern.

What is in them

CBD (Cannabidiol) — A phytocannabinoid derived from hemp; binds to CB2 receptors in skin and muscle tissue to reduce inflammation, ease chronic pain, and modulate stress response — no psychoactive effect

CBD Coconut Oil Blend — The carrier base — coconut oil's natural anti-inflammatory and skin-nourishing properties amplify the therapeutic action of the CBD

Terpenes (naturally occurring) — Aromatic compounds in full-spectrum CBD that contribute additional anti-inflammatory and calming benefits through both dermal absorption and inhalation

Contraindications

History of or current Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT)

Pregnancy

Injury within 48 hours of the session

Allergy to CBD or cannabis derivatives

Heat sensitivity

Allergy to Himalayan salt

What we say about it

“CBD works on your body's endocannabinoid system — a network of receptors in your skin, muscles, and nervous system that regulates pain, inflammation, and stress. You're not getting high; you're getting relief.”

“The combination of warmth from the stones and CBD is intentional — heat opens the tissue and drives deeper absorption of the cannabinoids.”

“CBD is anti-inflammatory, which means I can work more effectively on sensitive or inflamed areas without causing additional irritation.”

“If you have specific areas of chronic pain or tension, let me know — I'll apply the warming balm there for targeted relief.”

“Always reference PALOMA's CBD informational sheet for guest questions you can't answer directly.”
