The five categories, what sits in each, and the booking facts you will be asked for most.
PRICES AND DURATIONS move. Every price on this shelf carries the date it was read. Confirm in Zenoti before you quote one.
CEREMONY AND CLASS NAMES rotate monthly and seasonally. Learn the kinds of ceremony PALOMA holds; read the current names off the live schedule rather than from here.
THE MENU ITSELF changes less often, but it does change. If you meet a name on this shelf that nobody recognises, or a name in the room that is not on this shelf, say so rather than assuming you have it wrong.
MASSAGE + BODYWORK — twelve on the menu, from a 30-minute focused massage to 120 minutes of myofascial release.
SKIN HEALTH + FACIALS — fifteen, including three HydraFacial tiers and two ritual facials.
TECH REMEDIES — the Ballancer compression suite, nine services under six names, and the infrared sauna, six named programmes.
SELF-DISCOVERY + ENERGY HEALING — reiki, palmistry, tarot, aura photography, ear seeding and the intuitive readings.
SPA JOURNEYS — two experiences booked as one visit. Fire Within and Nourish Within.
Alongside those five: the ceremonies and classes held in the Dome, which change with the season, and ten packages.
That is roughly seventy things a guest can book. Nobody carries it. What you carry is the five categories and where to look.
Taught in the Academy →TIMING — every service time includes ten minutes for dressing and undressing. A 60-minute service is 50 minutes of hands-on time; a 90 is 80. This is the single most common question at the desk.
ARRIVAL — guests are asked to arrive fifteen minutes early.
GROUPS — the online flow offers just me, or 2–5 guests. Anything larger is booked by phone or email.
HOURS — 9am to 8pm, seven days.
WHERE — 1197 W 5th Ave, Columbus, Ohio 43212 · 614-929-5434 · info@experiencepaloma.com
An arrival and cancellation policy is published with the booking store. Read the current wording there before you quote it to a guest — do not quote it from memory.
KNOW — the five categories, and roughly what sits in each. That is all of this screen, and it is the whole of what you must carry.
RECOGNIZE — a name when she says it, well enough to know which category it belongs to. That is what the shelves below are for.
LOOK UP — durations, prices, composition, what is included. Nobody is expected to hold these, and they change.
Looking something up in front of a guest is not a failure. Guessing in front of a guest is.
