Shared names — which one do they mean?

Eight PALOMA names each belong to more than one experience.

The eight, and what each can mean

THE HEALER — a 30-minute focused massage · post-operative compression · a pain-relief sauna. Three rooms.

THE PROTECTOR — a HydraFacial · full-body detoxification compression · a detoxification sauna. Three rooms.

THE PALOMA — the Swedish massage · the customised facial.

THE MONSOON — a 90-minute massage · a 60-minute facial.

THE SCULPT — a lymphatic drainage facial · a compression session.

PEACEFUL WARRIOR — muscle-recovery compression · a stress-management sauna (spelled Peaceful Worrier in the booking store).

BURNING MAN — a compression session · a sauna.

CODE OF YOUTH — a facial · a sauna.

The question that resolves all eight

"Were you thinking the massage, the compression, or the sauna?"

Name the rooms, not the prices. Room is the axis she can answer; price is the axis she has to justify.

It works whether she gives you a name or a description — "the detox one" narrows nothing here, because all three Protectors are about detoxification.

When the two halves of her request point at different services, do not pick the half you prefer. Give her the shape of both and offer to check which she had.
