What it is, and the six names

Infrared heat, in a cabin, alone. Six named programmes rather than six rooms.

The Protector · The Healer · Peaceful Worrier · Burning Man · Code of Youth · Sacred Heart.

Four of the six run short. Two run long — one at 37 minutes and one at 45.

Four of these names also belong to something else in the house. Ask which room she means.

Awaiting validation

What infrared heat does is still being validated. Name the programme; do not describe the effect.

Being written down

Who should not use the sauna is being written down. Until it is, route any health question rather than answering it.
