HydraFacial — the three tiers

Three HydraFacials at three prices. What separates them is what is added.

Durations and prices

THE PROTECTOR — 60 minutes, $198.

PURE REVIVAL — 75 minutes, $248.

IMMORTELLE — 90 minutes, $298.

Read from PALOMA's booking store on 14 September 2026. Confirm current prices and availability in Zenoti before you tell a guest — these move.

All service times include ten minutes for dressing and undressing.

The ladder

THE PROTECTOR — the HydraFacial on its own. 60 minutes.

PURE REVIVAL — the HydraFacial plus a booster. 75 minutes.

IMMORTELLE — the HydraFacial, a booster, and lymphatic drainage. 90 minutes.

The ladder is additive. Each tier is the one below it plus one more element; nothing is taken away as you move up.

So the question that separates them is not which is better. It is how long she has, and whether she wants the additions.

What you can say, and where you stop

You can name all three, say what each adds, and say how long each takes. That is usually the whole of what she is asking.

Which booster she would have, and whether a HydraFacial suits her skin, is her esthetician's answer rather than yours.

⚠ THE PROTECTOR is also the name of a compression session and a sauna programme. If she says only "The Protector", ask which room before you look at a price.

What happens in one

Awaiting validation

What happens inside a HydraFacial is being written down properly before it is taught. You have the three tiers, what each adds and how long each takes — for the rest, name it and bring your esthetician in.

What it does

Awaiting validation

HydraFacial is a named system with its own published language. Nothing about what it does has been approved for you to say yet.

Who it is not for

Pregnancy-safe modifications are being explored and are not established. Our own sheet records it as open, not as settled either way.

So for a guest who is pregnant or trying to conceive, do not book a HydraFacial on your own judgement. Her esthetician decides what, if anything, is appropriate.

Anything else — a medical condition, a medication, a recent procedure — goes to her esthetician, not to you.
