The short and the customised facials — what to offer a guest who has not had one here.
THE AWAKENING — 30 minutes, $68.
SECOND SKIN — 30 minutes, $88.
THE PALOMA — 60 minutes, $128.
THE CLEAN SLATE — 75 minutes, $182.
Read from PALOMA's booking store on 14 September 2026. Confirm current prices and availability in Zenoti before you tell a guest — these move.
All service times include ten minutes for dressing and undressing.
THE PALOMA — customised, 60 minutes. Built around her skin on the day rather than a named protocol. The right answer for a guest who cannot name what she wants, and the one to reach for first.
THE AWAKENING — express, 30 minutes. The shortest thing on the skin menu.
SECOND SKIN — dermaplane and a soothing mask, 30 minutes.
THE CLEAN SLATE — probiotic, with dermaplaning and a hydrojelly mask, 75 minutes.
Everything else on the skin menu asks her to choose a purpose — soothing, moisture, brightening, acne, anti-aging, lymphatic. These four do not. That is what makes them the place to start.
Two of them already include dermaplaning, which is also sold on its own as an enhancement. If she has booked Second Skin or The Clean Slate, check before adding it again.
Taught in the Academy →"If you haven't had a facial with us before, The Paloma is built around your skin on the day — you don't have to decide anything in advance."
It is true, it is short, and it takes the decision off her.
Where you stop: whether her skin suits a named facial, what a probiotic facial or a hydrojelly mask is for, and anything about a condition she mentions. All of that is her esthetician's.
Taught in the Academy →What happens inside each facial is being written down properly before it is taught. You have the names, the lengths and what each includes — for the rest, name it and bring your esthetician in.
Nothing about what a facial will change has been approved for you to say yet.
Any question about her skin — conditions, recent treatments, sensitivity — goes to her esthetician rather than to you.
