Visual & Space Standards

🚧

Work in Progress

This module is actively being built out. What's here is accurate — more room setups, visual guides, and standards are on the way. Check back soon.

PALOMA's spaces are as intentional as our services. Every room, every surface, every detail is set to a standard — because guests feel the environment before they ever say a word to us. These are the setup and presentation standards every team member is responsible for maintaining.

Why Space Standards Matter

A guest's experience begins before their therapist says hello. The moment they walk into a treatment room, their nervous system starts reading the space — the smell, the lighting, the way the sheet is folded. When every detail is in order, it communicates care. When something is off, guests feel it even if they can't name it.

The room should feel like it was set just for this one guest.

— PALOMA Standard

These standards exist so that every guest — whether it's their first visit or their fiftieth — enters a space that feels consistently beautiful, clean, and ready. You are the last line of quality before a guest walks through the door.

Your role: Know these setups cold. During your 8 shadow days, you'll walk through each room setup multiple times with your trainer. When you're solo, these are the benchmarks.

Treatment Room Setup Standards

Preparing treatment rooms before guests arrive is fundamental to the PALOMA experience. These standards ensure consistency, safety, and comfort. Every detail matters.
